San Antonio drivers, buckle up. TxDOT opened a 120-foot-high flyover ramp August 18, 2005 that connected I-10 westbound to Loop 410 southbound on the East Side. 

It’s one of the tallest ramps in the city, built to ease congestion at a major traffic choke point.
