Sales Volume Holds Steady with a Slight Increase
According to the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, the week of June 9–15 saw 420 homes sold. The following week, from June 16–22, that number increased to 443 homes sold, signaling that buyer interest remains consistent across the metro area. Average Sales Prices Remain Stable
The average sales price held steady across both weeks. Median Sales Price Sees a Gradual Decline
While the average sales price stayed level, the median sales price dropped from $333,500 to $327,950.
